In the early 2000s, my mom used to buy my brother and me these cheap basketball pants made of windbreaker-like material.

We hated them—too loud, too uncomfortable. But my mom had a name for them: Swippy Pants—because every step made that unmistakable "swip swip" sound.

Years later, that name stuck.

As I started my journey in creating a clothing brand- something nostalgic, bold, and built for movement- I’m obsessed with hats and streetwear, I knew exactly what to create.
